Uses

Amazing snack for cats, they are known to roll around in the plant so if you don't want this it may be worth protecting it. The flowers are an amazing bee buffet and once blooming there's a constant buzz around the plant. You can use catmint fresh or dried as a tea. Catmint is also a medicinal plant and has been used as a household remedy for digestive system disorders and reducing fevers (as it makes you sweat), and was also used to treat toothache as early as the Middle Ages. For this benefit, you just need to chew a few fresh leaves. Do check up on any info using “wild” plants to be aware of any possible reactions.
