Tasting notes and description

Red/orange/green striped like camouflage and black veined zebra markings. Almost has like a metallic shine to them. Insides are vibrantly bright olive green with hints of red and kaleidoscopes of colour. Looks wise a very interesting tomato. Texture is fleshy and juicy and a somewhat tough skin (could be my watering). Flavours are strong with a pepper smell & taste. A flavour bomb that's hard to describe.

Uses

These small eggs shaped larger cherry tomatoes can be used for pretty much anything. Great to eat as is or on bread or in a salad. Also lovely to roast or use in sauces and even green ketchup.
