Tasting notes and description

It’s flesh is red with a pinkish hue, taste is sweet & like the best tomato you’ve ever eaten with a hint of salt & pepper - so no need to add that. Meaty in texture but juicy too without being too seedy. It’s a wonderful tomato and even the husband keeps raving about it saying it’s his favourite. This whopper is the biggest one yet and weighs 200g on the dot.

Uses

Great to eat raw, sliced on some toast with a thin layer of mayo. So good. No need to season it as the taste is sublime. Halved and fried for a cooked breakfast works equally well. Just a firm favourite now!
