Tasting notes and description

From the outside this tomato looks like a fairly normal beefsteak. Red, big and juicy. It’s not until you slice it open that you’re greeted by a marbling of yellow and red and a sweet smell and taste. It’s stunning to look at and every bite into this makes your brain confused. It’s tomato - but it’s not, do I taste pineapple or not? - I think pineapple sweetness for sure, without the sourness that often comes with a pineapple. I’d say there’s hints of grape too. Very fruity, yet tomatoey at the same time. Definitely on the grow list for next year!

Uses

Amazing tasting slicer. We enjoyed these on some toast. Didn't need anything else really.
